Here’s a little side dish that goes well with everything!

1 head of cauliflower
Salt and lemon pepper to taste
2 tablespoons ghee
Handful of baby carrots
Half a cup of diced mushrooms
Half a cup of peas and sweet corn mixed
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh cream
- Break the cauliflower into chunks and add it in a blender; blitz it till it looks like couscous.
- Heat up a fry pan, add the ghee and put all the veggies in except the cauliflower, let it sizzle for a minute or two (season with salt and pepper), then add the cauliflower.
- Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes without letting it brown or get stuck to the pan, once its ready add in the mayonaise, fresh cream and season once again. Mix well and serve next to any kind of meat (steak, chicken, beef)
- Garnish with some diced shallots (optional)
