I simply love this recipe! Its so easy but filled with such goodness, you’d be amazed!

3 chicken drumsticks
Half a cup finely diced coriander
2 tablespoons mayonaise
1 teaspoon chilli powder
Half a teaspoon salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed garlic paste
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon tomato puree
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Marinate the chicken legs in the salt, pepper, chilli powder, lemon juice and garlic. Do this 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add the oil; once hot place the chicken in and fry for about 10 minutes until its crispy and cooked, (adjust heat lower if its sizzling alot).
Just before its almost cooked add the mayonaise, tomato puree and coriander. Give it a good mix and serve with a side of steamed veggies.
