Sojee from Heaven 💛

Here’s an easy sweet treat indian dish for all you major indulged foodies!
(NOTE: the pic shown below is still in the process of being made)


1 cup Tastywheat
1 cinnamon stick
3 tablespoons ghee
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Half teaspoon elachi powder
100 ml fresh cream

Braise the tasty wheat in ghee with the cinnamon stick until it starts to slightly brown and bubble.

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla essence and elachi powder.

After a minute or two add in the egg mixture to the braised tasty wheat.

Stir well until the mixture thickens. Could take about 5 to 10 minutes, and then pour over the fresh cream and serve with finely diced almonds or sprinkle over some coconut!Β  πŸ™‚
