Salt/pepper to taste
- Spoon out the insides of the mushroom till there’s a round hollow space.
- In a bowl mix cream cheese,salt/pepper and parsley together
- Place a heaping spoon full in each mushroom and top with cheese and shallots and bake for about 15 minutes till cheese is melted and mushrooms have softened.
- Serve as a light snack during the day.
- Put it in a burger bun for a Shake Shack remake of the veggie burger!
- Serve as a side with your proteins.
