Portobello Stuffed Mushrooms ❤️

  

  

Recipe::

Ingredients:

Portobello mushrooms

Cream cheese

Parsley 

Salt/pepper to taste 

Cheddar cheese

Chopped shallots
Method:

  1. Spoon out the insides of the mushroom till there’s a round hollow space.
  2. In a bowl mix cream cheese,salt/pepper and parsley together
  3. Place a heaping spoon full in each mushroom and top with cheese and shallots and bake for about 15 minutes till cheese is melted and mushrooms have softened.

Serving suggestions 

  • Serve as a light snack during the day.
  • Put it in a burger bun for a Shake Shack remake of the veggie burger!
  • Serve as a side with your proteins.
