Half a packet of any pasta of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons ghee
1 cup gouda cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 large green chillies finely grounded
Put your pasta to boil with some hot water, a pinch of salt and abit of oil so it doesn’t stick together.
In a separate pot, put the heat on medium. Add your ghee and wait for it to melt completely. Then add the flour in and stir till it looks like a paste.
Once your mixture starts to bubble add the milk as well as the salt and pepper to your preference. Then add the finely grounded green chillies and keep stirring with a whisk until the sauce as thickened but has NOT become lumpy like oatmeal.
After the pasta has cooked for 15 to 20 minutes, drain it and add the sauce on top. Mix well and stir in half a cup of gouda and cheddar cheese. Make sure its all mixed well and place it in a casserole tray.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees. Add the remainder of the cheese ontop of the pasta in the casserole tray and sprinkle some pepper ontop as well as more chillies (optional). Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and slightly crispy on the sides.
Hope you enjoy it as much as i did!🍴
