Chilli Pasta Salad with Chopped Potatoes and Eggs 🍝🍳🍴😋

Here’s a quick salad thats good for a light lunch or even as a starter before a main meal. Its easy, simple and doesn’t take much time or ingredients!

RECIPE::

Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes cubed into small pieces
1 egg
1 and a half cups pasta screws
1 chilli chopped finely
4 to 5 tbls mayonaise depending on how wet you want it
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Take out 3 medium sized pots and fill each one half way with water.

Boil the egg in one for 5 to 10 minutes.
The pasta in one adding a pinch of salt to it. For about 15 to 20 minutes.
The cubed potatoes in one for about 10 minutes. Make sure it doesnt get too soft.

Once everything is boiled. Peel and dice the egg into small pieces. Mix this with the pasta and potatoes. Add salt, pepper and mayonaise to your preference and garnish with chopped chillies.
