Dynamite Chicken Sliders with Finger long chips 🍔🍟❤

If you have a look at Switch Dubai’s Instagram page you will notice they are very famous for their camel sliders… however im not a huge fan of camel meat LOL! So I decided to use the cute concept of the sliders and replace it with a spicy chicken fillet. I hope you enjoy this. Its really cute and fun to eat and can be used for parties as finger foods or as a quick snack!☺

RECIPE::
Makes 10 to 12 sliders.

Ingredients:
1 tray chicken fillet
I cup chopped lettuce
A few slices of tomato
Slices of square cheese
Mini Hamburger buns (purchased mines from woolworths)
Nandos Perinase
Packet ready to fry potato chips (I used McCains)

Spicy marinade for chicken:
1tsp salt
1tsp chill powder
Half tsp crushed chillies
Half tsp garlic paste
1 red chillie chopped finely
2tbls lemon juice
1tbls Mustard
2 tbls nandos sauce
Half tsp pepper
Pinch of tumeric for color
Pinch of chopped coriander

Method

Take chicken fillet and cut it in halves or even 3 medium sized pieces so it can fit in your mini hamburger bun.

Marinate the chicken fillet in the above spices for atleast half an hour before cooking.

Put a fry pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Once oil is hot put the chicken fillet pieces on to cook for about 10 minutes.

Take another pot out and fill with oil. Deep fry packet chips according to the directions on the package.

Slice the hamburger buns and squeeze some nandos Perinase on the bottom, place a piece of the cooked chicken fillet and top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cheese and any hot sauce of your preference.

Take out the chips from deep fryer and serve immediately with the slider.
