Green Tea Smoothie 🍌🌿

There is something refreshing about green tea.  And sometimes, you just want to take your green smoothie to the next level or give it that extra kick.  This simple green tea smoothie is just the thing to brighten your day.  Adding green tea to your smoothie can give it that extra kick you want and what a great way to get some added antioxidants into our bodies.

RECIPE::

Ingredients:

2 cups spinach
1 cup green tea, brewed
1 1/2 cups green grapes
1 banana, frozen
1 cup mango
1Tbls Honey

 Method:

Freeze your banana overnight (slice and store in a freezer-safe). Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy. ❤☝
