Healthy Mixed Berry Milkshakes ☆

If you’re looking for a quick, easy milkshake to take to work or to have lying in the fridge for the kids to drink, then heres a 5 minute recipe for you.
Yes, it does have alot of sugar in it but its well incorporated with mixed berries to keep it quite healthy.

RECIPE::

Ingredients:

1litre Full cream or Skim milk (optional)
2 cups frozen mixed berries
5Tbls white sugar
4Tbls vanilla icecream

Method:

Make sure mixed berries have softened enough to blend, add all ingredients into a blender and mix for 2 to 3 minutes until well incorporated.
To decorate you could add sliced berries ontop or on the side of the milkshake glasses.
Enjoy!
